Ingredients

1st Marination:-

  • Chicken Pieces - 4 Pieces
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp
  • Salt - 2 tsp

2nd Marination:-

To Blend:-

  • Onion - 1
  • Ginger - 1" Piece
  • Garlic - 5 to 6
  • Green Chilli - 7 to 8
  • Pepper Corns - 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Mint Leaves - 1/2 cup

Spice Powders:-

  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
  • Arabic Masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
  • Curd - 2 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Incise the chicken, add the first marination and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  2. In a blender, blend onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli, pepper corns, coriander leaves, mint leaves to a fine paste.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the spice powders, oil, salt and lemon juice. Once mixed, add the blend fine paste and mix well.
  4. Next, add the marinade to the chicken, coat it well and refrigerate it for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Air fry the chicken at 200 degree for 20 minutes.
