Turkish Kebab Roll is a popular street food wrap with grilled or spiced meat, usually lamb or chicken, and flavorful sauces. I marinate the meat in spices, grill it, and wrap it in soft flatbread.

Instructions
- In a bowl, add the minced chicken followed by crushed ginger garlic, capsicum, green chillies, coriander leaves, paprika powder, red chilli powder, pepper powder, salt and oil. Give a mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated to each other.
- Now, grease some oil / water in the palm of your hand and scoop out a small portion of the mince mix and roll it gently. Shape it evenly to kebabs and place it in an air fryer.
- Air fry the kebabs for 15 minutes at 200 degree. You can also cook them on stovetop, heat some oil in a non stick pan and place the kebabs gently without breaking it. Cook each side on low flame turning them in-between to brown the kebabs equally.
- For Oil Butter Spread, melt butter, add oil and heat it. Add coriander leaves and give a good stir for about a minute and the spread for the base is ready.
- For Tahina Sauce, in a bowl, add yogurt, tahina sauce, paprika powder, salt and mix well until done. Keep aside.
- For Spicy Tomato Sauce, melt butter in a sauce pan, add tomato paste, and stir well. Add paprika powder and salt. Stir until incorporated and the spicy sauce is ready.
- For Assembling, on a Khubz, spread the oil - butter mix followed by tahina sauce. Place some kebabs on it and spread a little of the spicy tomato sauce, roll it into a shawarma like, then toast it and wrap it before serving.
