Chicken Filling

Chicken Filling works perfectly as a stuffing for various snack items. I prepare it by mixing boiled and shredded chicken with a blend of spices. The recipe can vary based on personal taste, and here’s my version that I make for my family.

Ingredients

  • Chicken - 300 gms (boiled and shredded)
  • Onion - 1 (chopped)
  • Green Chilli - 1 (chopped)
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp (chopped)
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - as needed
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, saute ginger garlic paste, onion and green chilli until onion turns pink.
  2. Now add spice powders, salt, mix and cook till raw smell fades. Add Coriander leaves and mix further.
  3. Add shredded chicken, mix until combined. Chicken filling is ready.
