Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast - 6 pcs
  • Buns - 6 pcs
  • Cheddar Cheese - 6 slices
  • Lettuce - 6 leaves
  • Tomato Slices
  • Cucumber Slices
  • Butter - to toast buns

TO MARINATE:-

  • Butter Milk - 1 cup
  • Sriracha Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Oregano - 1 tsp
  • Salt

TO COAT:-

  • All Purpose Flour - 1 cup
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Paprika Powder - 2 tsp
  • Oregano - 1 tsp
  • Salt

TO PREPARE SANDWICH SAUCE:-

  • Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
  • Cream Cheese - 3 tbsp (optional)
  • Ketchup - 3 tbsp
  • Sriracha Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take each chicken breast piece and slice it thinly into two halves. Cover it with a plastic wrap and tap on them slightly.
  2. In a bowl, make a marinade of the ingredients mentioned under "To Marinate". Dip the chicken breast pieces in to it, cover and keep it refrigerated for 2 hours.
  3. Make a coating mix mentioned under ingredients "To Coat".
  4. Coat each side of the chicken with the coating mix.
  5. Deep fry the coated chicken breast until golden and crisp.
  6. To prepare the sandwich, in a bowl, mix all the ingredients mentioned under "To Prepare Sandwich Sauce" and keep it aside.
  7. Now let's assemble the sandwich, toast the buns in butter, spread sandwich sauce evenly on both the sides of the buns.
  8. On the bottom bun, place a lettuce followed by some tomato slices, cucumber slices, then the fried chicken, top it with cheddar cheese slice and cover it with top bun.
