Ingredients

  • Chicken Wings - 500 g

To Marinate:-

  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Paprika Powder - 1 tsp
  • Maida - 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 3 tbsp
  • Salt - as needed

For BBQ Honey Sauce:-

  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • BBQ Sauce - 1/2 cup
  • Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Honey - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Coat the chicken wings well with the ingredients mentioned under "To Marinate".
  2. Deep fry the chicken wings or air fry them and keep it aside.
  3. To prepare BBQ Honey Sauce, In a pan, add the sauce mix mentioned under ingredients "For BBQ Honey Sauce", heat them and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the fried chicken wings and toss well with the sauce. BBQ Honey Chicken Wings is ready to be served.
