Mint Chutney / Pudina Chutney is a spicy dip I often serve with dishes like Chicken Tandoori, Dosa, and more. Chutney is a spread common in the cuisines of the Indian subcontinent. I make chutneys in many forms—tomato relish, ground peanut garnish, yogurt or curd dip, cucumber blend, spicy coconut, onion chutney, or mint dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Mint Leaves - 3/4 cup
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - as needed
  • Garlic - 2 pods
  • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
  • Yogurt - 3 tbsp
  • Green Chilli - 1

Instructions

  1. Blend everything to a chutney consistency.
