Chicken Seekh Kebab Skewers is a kabab originating from the indian sub continent. It consists of ground chicken or meat mixed with spices, shaped on the skewers and then grilled.

Ingredients

  • Minced Chicken - 500gm
  • Onion Paste - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Paprika Powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - as needed
  • Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients to the minced chicken until incorporated well. Keep aside for 2 hours.
  2. Grease your palm with little oil, scoop out little chicken mixture and insert it to the skewers and make it into kebab shapes.
  3. Heat oil on a grilling pan and grill it for 5 minutes on each side or until the kebab is done. Do not overcook the kebab.
  4. Brush oil in between to the kebabs, so that it does not dry out. Serve hot with lebanese bread.
