Ingredients

  • Chicken - 500g (cooked & shredded)
  • Onion - 1 (big, chopped)
  • Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp (Chopped)
  • Salt
  • Mashed Potato - 2 potatoes (big)
  • Oil

For Coating:-

  • Egg - 2
  • Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat little oil in a pan, add onion and cook until color turns pink, add ginger garlic green chilli paste and cook for a minute.
  2. Add spice powders, salt and cook until fragrant. Add the cooked & shredded chicken, coriander leaves and saute for 3 minutes.
  3. Add mashed potato and mix until incorporated. Add little cheese and mix well. Set aside.
  4. Beat egg with salt & chilli flakes until foamy and set aside.
  5. Scoop out a little chicken mix and roll it to a mini ball and flatten it within your palm, toss in some cheese and roll it out evenly covering the cheese.
  6. Dip the ball in the egg and coat it well with bread crumbs.
  7. Deep fry until golden brown.
