Ingredients

  • Shrimps - 35 nos
  • All Purpose Flour - 1/2 cup
  • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Pepper Powder - 2 tsp
  • Grated Coconut - 2 cups
  • Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 2 (Beaten)
  • Oil - to fry

Instructions

  1. Marinate shrimps with pepper powder and salt. Keep aside.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs and grated coconut in a bowl and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix together flour, chilli powder and salt.
  4. Now take each shrimp and coat in flour mix, dip in beaten egg and then roll it over the coconut mix.
  5. Deep fry shrimps until crisp and golden. Serve hot with ketchup.
