Ingredients

For Marination:-

  • Chicken Wings - 800 gms
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Chilli Flakes - 1 tbsp
  • Corn Flour - 3 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Oil

For Sauce:-

  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Honey - 3 tsp
  • Sesame Seeds - 2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil

For Garlic Bread:-

  • Bread - 8 slices
  • Butter - 75 gms (room temperature)
  • Garlic - 1 head
  • Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Italian Herbs - 1 tsp
  • Salt

Instructions

  • For Honey Glazed Chicken, mix all the ingredients to the wing pieces and marinate well. Add the corn flour and mix until the wings are well coated.
  • Deep Fry the chicken pieces until brown and crisp. Set aside.
  • In a wide pan, add 3 tbsp of oil used for frying the chicken, heat it, add ginger garlic paste, spice powders and salt and stir for about 2 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce and stir for another minute and turn off the flame.
  • Once the heat settles down a bit, add honey and mix well.
  • Add the fried chicken pieces and toss until it coats well to the sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds and toss further.
  • For Garlic Bread, in a bowl, mix butter, chopped garlic, salt, Italian herbs and coriander leaves until it incorporates well to each other.
  • Spread the butter mix to the bread slices and air fry for 5 minutes at 180 degree.
